I’m completely hooked on experiencing life as a perpetual flow — a living, breathing, moving current that touches every moment. It’s the divine and the earthly dancing in an endless, intimate tango.
It all started when I was around 18 months old.
That’s when I first heard bodies speak. Not metaphorically — literally. They were talking. And strangely, what they usually said didn’t match the words coming from the person’s mouth.
I remember being utterly perplexed. As I was just learning to talk myself, I wondered — was I just misunderstanding common words like happy or nice? Because the bodies told a very different story. Yet, somehow, even as a toddler, I knew:
In my mid-thirties I found myself — somehow and inexplicably — in massage school. (That’s a story for another time!)
Within the first week, it became unquestionably clear:
I had stepped onto my life’s path.
I was home.
It made absolutely no logical sense. I’d never even had a massage! But, by then, I knew my spirit’s voice… so I knew to listen. And I owned the message. And in doing so, something incredible happened:
The bodies started speaking again. Loud. Persistent. Offering clinical direction for me, insight, and healing messages — both emotional and spiritual — for those on my massage table.
For over three decades now, I’ve been learning, listening, gathering, and teaching everything the Bodies have shown me.
I’ve never looked back!
Before we even know we have choices, we’re shaped by patterns — ways of thinking, feeling, and reacting that become second nature. Some serve us well, like knowing how to drive without relearning. But when it comes to our emotions and truth, patterning can become a cage.
Now, in the second half of life, many of us experience a tectonic shift. It’s a persistent restlessness — the call to move beyond old limits, to explore the parts of you still waiting to be fully lived.
Here’s the good news: there’s an inner bridge that leads to the Unpatterned Self! Here, outdated patterning falls away, making room for new desires and purpose, reinvigorating our delight and dynamic vibrancy!
…which leads us directly into the second cornerstone…
From the moment we first experience hurt, we start shutting down. “I’ll never do that again!” we say, layering ourselves in self-protection. Over time, the weight of that armor dulls us.
But what if our armoring need not weigh us down? What if the armoring could be replaced with emotional fluency – the skills to navigate through hurt, achieving greater self-awareness and resiliency?
Let’s be clear, we weren’t taught emotional fluency. Our parents and other elders could only pass down what they knew.
Now, we can choose differently. We can reclaim our ability to feel fully, navigate with awareness, and trust our own inner knowing.
That’s what this work is about. It’s not just self-improvement, it’s self-returning.
Are you ready to cross the bridge?

Me, far right, age 5ish.
Sweet Samantha! She sits and stares directly into my eyes. I’d love to know what she’s seeing!
The amazing man of my dreams! We’ve had over 40 years together.
This is how I think - all over walls!
